Galvanized

Applied a protective zinc coating to steel or iron, in order to prevent rusting. Galvanization can be done with electrochemical and electrodeposition processes, the most common method in current use is hot-dip galvanization, in which steel parts are submerged in a bath of molten zinc.

Galvanized steel is available in a variety of forms, such as galvanized pipes and galvanized wire, etc. It is used in building houses (building materials like roofing, wall), car parts (body of trucks, bus), appliances (washing machines, air conditioning housings, hair dryers, etc), in high tension electrical towers, protective gears, highway signs, etc.
