304 stainless steel is an austenitic chromium-nickel alloy known for its excellent blend of strength, corrosion resistance, and formability. This flat bar is produced in an annealed condition, conforming to ASTM A276 specifications. Its composition, often called "18-8," makes it non-magnetic and highly ductile, while providing 73,200 PSI tensile strength. It is easily welded and performs well in a wide range of corrosive environments.
